Overhead Doors

Commercial & Industrial Overhead Doors

Garage Doors Frisco specializes in the sales and installation of commercial and industrial overhead doors, catering to various sectors including Warehousing, Storage, Transportation, Automotive, and Restaurants, among others.

Commercial doors vary in size, type, and material, requiring installers to fully grasp business needs, environmental factors, and compliance codes. Reliant Overhead installs and services five basic types of commercial overhead doors: Sectional, Rollup, Grilles, Shutters, and Fabric.

Sectional Overhead Doors

These doors are made of steel and roll upwards on vertical and horizontal tracks. They typically consist of 24" panels ranging from 8' to 24' wide and 8' to 30' in height. Sectional doors are often preferred over rollup doors due to cost-effectiveness, ease of maintenance, and repair costs. They can be insulated or non-insulated, with varying steel strengths and R-Values ranging from 0 to 18.65. Lift mechanisms are tailored to maximize space savings inside the building or warehouse.

Rollup Overhead Doors

Constructed of steel, these doors roll upwards through vertical guides into a barrel housing. They range from 6' to 30' wide and 8' to 30' in height and can feature solid sheets or slats. Rollup doors are suitable where headroom space is limited, security is crucial, or fire protection is necessary. They are available in insulated or non-insulated options with steel strengths ranging from 26 to 20 gauge.
